📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

Once your order is processed, it is sent to one of our fulfillment partners to be prepared and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


🚚 Shipping Timeframes

Because we source products from different suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Estimated delivery time:

  • United States: 7–20 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or high-demand seasons.


🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
If your location is not supported at checkout, it means we are temporarily unable to ship there.


📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 3–7 days to appear as the package moves through the carrier’s system.

If you don’t see updates right away, don’t worry—this is normal.


📦 Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. This happens because items may be shipped from different warehouses.


🏠 Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

Brilliantly Collected is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.


⏳ Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our control. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
